Nothing sounds fun like waking up in the morning and deciding as a family that you will be walking a few miles as a form of exercise. Walking is less expensive but can be a little bit tricky if you have a large family.
The best way to execute this exercise is to make sure you organize your walk in a not- so busy street to avoid possible accidents. If you find it hard to get a less busy street for your family, instead organize a nature walk. Get out of town with your family and enjoy beautiful sceneries away from your busy streets. Walking helps keep the heart strong and a few walks every other week can help you lose or maintain a healthy weight.
