I have been training for 10 years, or ever since I received a gym membership on my 17th birthday...I was hooked :)!!

I realized that I had good genetics and potential. As the years went on...the question I heard over and over again was "Why don't you compete?" I finally decided to give Competitive Bodybuilding a try.

I entered my first Bodybuildling show in 1997...I took 1st Place in my Class and I absolutely loved it!! I enjoy the Bodybuilding lifestyle and I live it 365 days a year...whether it is Pre-Contest or Off-Season
