My name is Monica Ingebrigtsen I´m 32 years old and lives in Gothenburg. Gothenburg is located on the west-coast of Sweden. I have been involved in bodybuilding since 1992. I´m 5,5" tall weighs 70 kg, biceps 40, thigh 62, calves 42.

I´m have been engaged for eight years. I have a son Andreas that I love more then anything.

I first started with bodybuilding because the man in my life Kim took me to the gym six years ago. Since then I have been hooked to the sport, I felt straight away that this was something for me. I already started to plan for my first competition in 1992 and decided that I would compete in the Swedish Championships 1996.

My goal with bodybuilding is to become a professional and be able to make a living of what I love to do.

When I´m not in the gym I spend most of my time with my family and friends. I like to help other people with diet and training.

I have been competing in the following competitions:

1996 Svealand Championship´s - + 57kg

1996 SM Swedish Championship - 1 place in +57kg and overall winner. Selected as rookie of the year

1997 Norwegian Championship - 1 place in +57kg and overall winner

1997 World Championship - 12 place in +57kg

1998 Norwegian Championship - 1st place in +57kg and overall winner

1998 World Championship - 3 place in +57kg
